Position Overview: IT Project Coordinator / Business Analyst
Your Role: As an IT Project Coordinator with a keen interest in business analysis, you will play a pivotal role within our passionate IT organization. You will be the driving force behind coordinating and executing a variety of projects, utilizing your expertise in business analysis to its fullest extent. Your unique combination of functional insight, technical interest, and exceptional communication skills will ensure a dynamic and results-oriented approach.
Your Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Management: Collaborate with colleagues to develop and manage project plans, defining goals, tasks, milestones, and timelines. Monitor progress and allocate tasks for seamless execution.

Business Analysis: Utilize your experience and interest in business analysis to identify, analyze, and understand our organization's needs. Work closely with colleagues and stakeholders to analyze business processes, identify bottlenecks, and discover opportunities for improvement.

Stakeholder Management: Maintain regular contact with stakeholders to ensure smooth information flow. Gather and understand their needs, integrating them into project planning and execution. Ensure effective and timely communication to manage expectations.

Team Coordination and Resource Planning: Lead the project team, ensuring coordination of tasks, monitoring progress, and providing support and guidance to team members as needed.

Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues that could impact project execution. Develop plans to manage these risks and propose appropriate measures to minimize their impact.

Quality Assurance and Implementation: Contribute to quality assurance by creating and executing test plans and quality controls. Coordinate the implementation of new systems, ensuring a smooth transition to the operational phase. Support users, plan training sessions, and ensure delivered solutions meet requirements and expectations.
Your Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in business administration or economics.
- Experience in project coordination and/or business analysis.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Customer-centric and pragmatic thinking.
- Analytical approach with the ability to distinguish between key and peripheral elements.
- Driven to achieve results and adept at handling stress.
- Ownership and proactivity are natural attributes.
- Fluent in both Dutch and English, both orally and in writing.
