IT Support L2 – Microsoft Specialist

Location: Nivelles (Initial onboarding), with the option to work from Vilvoorde after onboarding (approximately 2-4 weeks).

Languages Required: Bilingual French/Dutch

Start Date: ASAP, with flexibility to start by 01/11 if needed.

Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated IT Support L2 specialist with expertise in Microsoft tools and cloud services for our client. The role involves working closely with their internal service desk to provide technical support and troubleshooting primarily related to Windows, Microsoft 365 (O365), Azure, and related environments. This is an opportunity to work in a highly controlled environment with a strong focus on delivering quality support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Level 2 support for internal teams, troubleshooting technical issues primarily related to Microsoft environments.
  • Manage Windows Autopilot for auto-deployment.
  • Support Exchange Online and Azure Cloud services.
  • Troubleshoot issues remotely over the phone, ensuring efficient problem resolution.
  • Participate in deployment processes using Intune.
  • Work with ticketing systems (prior experience is a plus; training on Modulo, Upfront's internal tool, will be provided).

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Experience with Windows, Microsoft 365, Azure, and Active Directory (AD).
  • Knowledge of Windows Autopilot and Exchange Online.
  • Good technical background, open to junior profiles with strong hands-on experience.
  • Proficiency in cloud services, particularly Azure.

Additional Skills (Nice to Have):

  • Previous experience working with a ticketing service (e.g., Modulo).
  • Experience with Intune for deployment management.
