Security Services Manager

Join a dynamic organization at the heart of Europe, committed to innovation, sustainability, and operational excellence. To strengthen our Operations department, we are looking for an Interim Security Services Manager.

This role is responsible for the effective management of security services, with a focus on access control processes and related services for internal and external stakeholders. You will act as the main point of contact for all matters related to access control and associated security services.

Your responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and oversee access control operations and associated services.
  • Align access control processes with broader operational workflows, ensuring compliance with current legislation, especially GDPR.
  • Support the development of governance and strategy for security policy, balancing compliance, stakeholder collaboration, and customer experience.
  • Initiate and lead innovative projects to enhance security for the organization and its partners, including the design and implementation of new services and products.
  • Define, implement, and manage a security policy related to access control, aligned with legal requirements and organizational strategy.
  • Report any potential non-compliance, security incidents, or relevant events related to access control.
  • Lead and motivate a team of approximately 15 employees.

Your profile:

  • Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong leadership skills with excellent communication, diplomacy, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in security operations (preferably in aviation) and/or airport operations. General management experience is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of international and national aviation security regulations.
  • Experience in generic security operations (threat analysis, risk assessment, security planning, event security, etc.).
  • Knowledge of physical, electronic, and organizational security measures.
  • Familiarity with insider threat mitigation strategies.
  • Understanding of legal frameworks for security clearances and certifications.
  • Proficiency in GDPR and data protection regulations.
  • Strong IT skills relevant to the role.
  • Business management knowledge.

Trilingual profiles (French, Dutch, English) are highly valued for this position.
