Technical Team Leader

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Technical Team Leader to guide and oversee technical teams specializing in Incident Management Services and Logistics Operations. The ideal candidate will bring over 5 years of relevant experience, exceptional leadership abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality technical services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage technical teams of 10 to 20 members across multiple locations.
  • Assess team needs, including training, support, and quality improvements.
  • Monitor and ensure the resolution quality of technical support tickets.
  • Identify process improvements, detect issues, and create detailed reports.
  • Supervise field activities, ensuring excellence in service delivery, including support for VIP users and front-desk operations.
  • Act as the primary contact for line managers and stakeholders.
  • Oversee operations related to incident management and logistics, ensuring timely issue resolution and smooth workflows.
  • Implement and monitor compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Provide strategic direction for areas such as hardware incident management, logistics, and web platform development.
  • Manage and optimize operational tools like ticketing systems, configuration databases, and documentation platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of recent experience leading technical teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in incident management and technical operations.
  • Strong knowledge of operational tools, including ticketing and configuration management systems.
  • ITIL V4 Foundation certification, with practical application of ITIL best practices.
  • Service-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional technical support.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with diplomacy and confidentiality.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and reporting skills.
  • Fluency in French and English (spoken and written).
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow platform management.
