Field Service Engineer
Role:
Maintain, repair, and install vending machines, kiosks, access systems, and safety equipment across Belgian stations to ensure maximum availability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintenance: Perform planned and corrective maintenance to meet SLA/OLA targets.
- Installation: Set up new devices (hardware/software) and provide user training.
- Reporting: Log interventions, diagnose issues, and suggest improvements.
- Support: Act as service lead, manage schedules, and assist dispatching.
- Stock & Vehicle: Manage spare parts and keep the company vehicle in top condition.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent experience.
- Skills: Knowledge of IT, electronics, and Microsoft tools; technical troubleshooting (e.g., soldering).
- Experience: 1+ year in a similar role.
- Languages: Dutch, French, and English (spoken and written).
Work Conditions:
Outdoor work with significant driving, regardless of weather.
