Senior Java Developer
As a Senior Java Developer, you will leverage your expertise in Java and related technologies to design and build high-performance, scalable systems. Key Responsibilities:
- Agile Development: Actively participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to promote iterative and efficient development.
- Application Development: Utilize your deep knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, and Hibernate to design, develop, and maintain applications in alignment with business requirements.
- Performance Optimization: Regularly evaluate and enhance application performance, focusing on scalability, responsiveness, and reliability. Use performance testing tools to validate optimizations.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, promoting best practices and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Collaborative Solutions: Work closely with the Technical Architect and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into secure, scalable solutions.
- Security & Web Services: Ensure the security of applications and data protection by incorporating best practices during the development of web services.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest trends in Java technologies and advocate for implementing tools or processes that improve overall system performance.
- Testing & Quality Assurance: Implement and manage testing frameworks to ensure the reliability, resilience, and performance of developed applications.
- Transparent Communication: Regularly communicate project status, challenges, and solutions with team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience: At least 10 years of experience as a Java Developer with a demonstrated ability to build high-performance applications.
- Technical Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Java and its associated technologies, particularly:
- Spring Boot, Hibernate, JPA, Web Services
- Development Tools: Strong hands-on experience with development and testing tools including:
- JUnit, Maven, Jenkins, Sonar, GIT for version control
- Performance Optimization: Expertise in performance tuning techniques and tools to optimize applications for scalability and responsiveness.
- Security Principles: Solid understanding and experience in applying software security principles.
- Agile Methodologies: Proven experience with Agile processes, emphasizing performance-driven development.
- Leadership: Effective leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to collaborate with and guide a team.
