Key Responsibilities:

User Support and Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the go-to support for users of the Coupa solution, working closely with various stakeholders across the Procurement department (including buyers, management, and control teams), internal clients (requestors, validators, management), and ICT colleagues.

Business Integration Coordination: Provide ongoing communication and follow-up on business requests, ensuring smooth integration with our ICT colleagues for SAP MM setup.

Reporting and Analysis: Generate both regular and ad hoc reports for Procurement management, providing insights and data to support decision-making.

SAP MM Community Support: Work alongside an experienced colleague to assist the SAP MM community, addressing questions and finding innovative solutions to challenges.

Innovation and Strategy: Contribute to strategic initiatives such as Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Net Zero by exploring opportunities within SAP MM and the new Coupa solution.

Control Implementation: Help implement new procurement controls (e.g., anti-fraud measures, internal procedures) in collaboration with the internal audit team.

Digital Manual Updates: Support the continuous improvement and updating of digital procurement manuals.
What We're Looking For:

Language Proficiency: Native speaker of Dutch or French with fluency in English (both spoken and written).

Technical Skills Required:
