Project Manager for Bullhorn Integration Project
Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Project Manager to assist with a Bullhorn integration project. The project involves the global rollout of an AI prompt developed with Azure OpenAI.
Project Details:
- Duration: Part-time basis for a period of 6 months (likely not extendable)
- Languages Required: English only
- Location: mostly remote, sometimes F2F meeting in office in Brussels
- Start Date: ASAP
- Experience Required:
- Medior to Senior level with strong soft and communication skills
- Experience in application implementation projects is a significant advantage
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Bullhorn integration project, ensuring the successful rollout of AI functionalities across multiple countries.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
- Oversee the implementation process, addressing any issues or challenges that arise.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure the project is delivered on time and within budget.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager at a Medior to Senior level.
- Strong soft skills and communication abilities to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
- Prior experience in managing application implementation projects is highly desirable.
- Ability to work in an international environment and manage projects across multiple countries.
