Overview

As an Incident and Project Support Specialist, you will intervene remotely to ensure quick and effective solutions, maintaining high standards of service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Incident Management: Handle various incidents from the Service Desk using advanced monitoring tools. Intervene remotely to provide quick solutions, ensuring users can resume their work efficiently.
  • System Monitoring: Proactively monitor systems to prevent potential problems. Take immediate action to mitigate issues before they impact users.
  • User Support: Provide clear and friendly communication to resolve user questions and issues swiftly. Ensure users feel supported and can continue their tasks with minimal disruption.
  • Documentation: Accurately document incidents and solutions in our system to identify trends and enhance our services continually.
  • Process Improvement: Identify common issues and propose proactive solutions to improve the efficiency and quality of support services.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other teams within the organization to resolve technical problems and optimize the user experience.

Technical Competences

  • Certifications:
    • ITIL certification (or willing to obtain within 6 months)
    • MD-100 certification (or able to obtain in a very short time)
  • Knowledge and Skills:
    • Advanced knowledge of AD, AAD, O365, SharePoint, Intune, Security (MFA, CA, M365 Defender, etc.), networking, and Windows OS.
    • Focus on end-user support, ensuring they are operational as quickly as possible.
