Main tasks and responsibilities:
– Operating and administering the M365 environments (OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Hybrid and Intune).
– Ensuring the proper management (implementation, maintenance, etc.) of the hybrid infrastructure (local data centers in IAAS mode and Azure cloud virtual infrastructure).
– Supervising the technical activities carried out by our customer's external partner in charge of Managed Services for the hybrid infrastructure (local data centers in IAAS mode and Azure cloud virtual infrastructure).
– Resolving level 2 and 3 problems and incidents that arise.
– Providing analysis and recommendations.
– Developing agreed solutions and implementing new systems.
– Operating the security stacks (Microsoft System Security) on a daily basis: monitoring, alerting, patching, hardening, defender). Operating compliance tools when they are deployed.
– Promoting knowledge transfer within the team.
Profile of the ideal candidate:
Hard skills:
Education:
Ideally, at least a Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent by experience.
Professional experience:
At least 5 years' experience in a similar role.
Technical skills:
Solid experience in:
– Microsoft 365 (OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Hybrid and Intune)
– Hybrid IT infrastructure (local data centers in IAAS mode and Azure virtual cloud infrastructure)
– Previous experience with VDI (Virtual Desktop Infrastructure) is an asset.
– Active Directory
– Microsoft Entra ID (AAD)
– Domains Controllers
– DNS and DHCP
– OS Servers and Clients
– Microsoft System Security: monitoring, alerting, patching, hardening, defender
Certifications (a strong asset):
– Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (M.C.S.E.): Office 365
– Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (M.C.S.E.): Cloud & Platform infrastructure
– Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator
Language skills:
– French and Dutch: a very good knowledge of one of these 2 languages, both spoken and written, and ideally at least a good passive knowledge of the other one.
– English: at least a good knowledge, both spoken and written.
