We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Test Coordinator to join our Real-Time Operations team. In this role, you will coordinate testing across multiple railway projects, ensuring that all activities meet quality standards and are completed on schedule. You will collaborate with both onshore and offshore teams to ensure the highest quality of our systems and solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the end-to-end testing process for multiple railway projects, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Develop and maintain test strategies, plans, and schedules in coordination with project managers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with development, business, and operations teams for comprehensive test coverage, including functional, integration, and UAT testing.
- Coordinate testing efforts across onshore and offshore teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
- Track and report defects promptly, ensuring timely resolution before go-live.
- Provide regular updates on testing progress, risks, issues, and outcomes to project teams and management.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all testing-related inquiries and roadblocks.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, best practices, and railway-specific regulations.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English (mandatory), with proficiency in French or Dutch.
- At least 2 years of experience in the Railway industry, familiar with its systems and operations.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Test Coordinator, managing complex testing activities and automating tests.
- Experience working with offshore teams and coordinating across time zones.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, testing methodologies, and quality assurance processes.
- Experience in testing real-time or mission-critical systems is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and drive solutions.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
