Responsibilities:

As an IT Business Consultant, your primary mission is to source new clients and deliver candidates with support of the Experis recruitment team. Your focus will predominantly be on contract staffing, specifically freelancers and consultants within our payroll. Next to this you will develop existing clients and be responsible for your contractor portfolio management.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and approach new clients, nurturing relationships to foster trust and loyalty.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of clients' specific recruitment needs and effectively tailor solutions to meet those requirements.
  • Drive the recruitment team by setting correct priorities on each vacancy.
  • Present shortlisted candidates to clients, providing valuable insights and recommendations.
  • Offer guidance and support to both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients and candidates to ensure a seamless experience and keep close contact with your contractors active within your client portfolio.
  • Prepare and negotiate contract terms, closing deals effectively.

Candidate Profile:
Technical Skills:

  • Preferably hold a bachelor's or master's degree.
  • Previous experience in recruitment and/or sales roles, preferably within the IT industry.
  • Basic understanding or affinity for information technology.
  • Fluent in Dutch, proficiency in English. Proficiency in French is a plus.

Non-Technical Skills:

  • Strong team player with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Diplomatic, empathetic, and commercially astute.
  • Customer and candidate-centric mindset with a drive for excellence.
  • Results-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Analytical thinker with exceptional organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
