YOUR TASKS:
- Act as a dedicated service desk agent, incident analyst, and problem solver.
- Conduct swift incident analysis, prioritizing first and second-line customer interactions to achieve an exceptional first call resolution rate.
- Provide technical support for Android devices and applications.
- Assist users in setting up and resolving issues with their devices.
- Stay informed about mobile trends and technologies.
- Assist in developing support documents and guides.
- Ensure compatibility across various Android devices and interfaces.
- Communicate effectively with users and teams.
YOUR PROFILE: We highly value talent and expertise! To excel in this role, you must have:
- Fluency in both French and English, facilitating effective communication.
- An ITILV4 certification is mandatory (we offer the opportunity to acquire the certification before the start date).
- A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in a similar role.
- Basic knowledge of network systems.
- Previous experience with a ticketing system.
- Solid understanding of Android devices and software.
- Experience with Android app development or support.
- Familiarity with Android SDK and tools.
- Understanding of the mobile development life cycle.
- Ability to troubleshoot Android issues effectively.
