We are seeking a skilled IT Resiliency Engineer to support our client, a prominent global bank. The ideal candidate will have a broad understanding of infrastructure technologies and be comfortable working in a dynamic, cross-functional environment. This role is especially suited for individuals who combine strong communication skills with a willingness to perform both administrative and technical tasks.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and support infrastructure environments across multiple platforms, including:

Distributed systems (Windows, Linux, Cloud platforms)

Mainframe systems (experience is a plus)

Contribute to administrative tasks related to infrastructure operations; this position is less focused on hands-on engineering work.

Participate in and support disaster recovery and business continuity processes for applications hosted on various platforms.

Collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including internal teams and external vendors, requiring strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Act as a liaison to ensure clear and effective communication, showing assertiveness where necessary to drive progress and alignment.
Required Qualifications:

Proven experience with a variety of infrastructure technologies, particularly in distributed environments.

Understanding of disaster recovery and continuity planning across diverse IT systems.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Comfortable with administrative IT responsibilities.

Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
