Job Description
Under the coordination of the Enterprise Architect, you will be responsible for implementing, managing, and leading initiatives aimed at integrating enterprise architecture across the organization. You will play a key role in promoting 'Agile' and 'DevOps' approaches.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy and Standards: Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for architecture and technology, incorporating best practices while respecting budget constraints.
- Compliance and Tools: Utilize recognized methodologies and tools to ensure compliance with standards across all product and service teams.
- Policy Application: Ensure the correct application of relevant strategies, policies, standards, and technical methodologies.
- IT Collaboration: Work with technology teams to implement a future-oriented, product-centric strategy, optimizing component reuse to enhance product delivery timelines.
- Technology Assessment: Continuously evaluate our internal technology landscape to ensure the use of future-ready technologies and models.
- Technology Scouting: Explore the external technology landscape to identify emerging technologies, models, and solutions beneficial to our technological and architectural framework.
- Architecture Mastery: Understand and leverage the overall architecture (business, application, and technology) to make informed decisions and assist others in decision-making.
- Stakeholder Interface: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements, discuss, and explain our architecture and IT solutions.
You will be part of the “IT Driven Solutions” team, with occasional assignments within other teams using the same technologies.
Desired Profile
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Expertise: Experience in defining, designing, and developing distributed and scalable products and services, including micro-services for multi-platform/hybrid cloud environments (Microsoft Azure, AWS).
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Languages: Proficiency in French and/or Dutch (spoken and written), and a strong command of English.
- Personal Qualities: Teamwork, autonomy, client-oriented, solution-focused, quality-driven, creativity, responsibility, initiative-taking.
- Passion: A passion for computing beyond just a profession.
