Job Purpose

The Recruitment Consultant is responsible for highly efficient sourcing and pooling in the IT domain in order to help the Business Consultant achieve speed in delivery on customer demands.

The Recruitment Consultant is the first contact candidates will have with Experis. He is capable of credibly positioning Experis as an “employer of choice” (contracting) and as a “trusted career transition advisor” (perm) at the same time.  The Recruitment Consultant acts as an senior brand ambassador towards the talent pools in the market.

The Recruitment Consultant works within the ManpowerGroup context, according to the tactical plan and the priorities as defined by the Business Manager and Business Unit Manager.
 

Main tasks / responsibilities

  • Executes within the broader legal and ethical framework as defined by ManpowerGroup.
  • Operates according to the I power methodology framework (definition of priorities and time management constraints)

Als ICT User & Infrastructure Support Engineer kom je terecht in een team van 10 IT-ers, waarvan nog 2 support collega's en ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse operationele ondersteuning van onze interne gebruikers en de efficiënte uitvoering van IT-taken binnen de organisatie.
Enerzijds ondersteunt de ICT-afdeling alle operationele infrastructuur (PC's, printers, telefonie) die nodig zijn voor de interne gebruikers. Anderzijds heeft de ICT-afdeling een belangrijke rol te vervullen bij de ondersteuning van de eigen leden en van aanverwante instellingen.
• Samen met de andere collega's zorgen voor een goede uitvoering van de helpdeskfunctie, telefonische ontvangst, assistentie aan lokale of externe gebruikers, hardware- en softwareproblemen, begeleiding bij het gebruik van computerplatformen, ontwikkeling van het ticketingsysteem, GPO, antivirus, DNS, gegevensback-up, implementatie van software, enz.
• Het aanspreekpunt zijn waar het personeel terechtkan met alle vragen over informatica.
• Zorgen voor het dagelijks beheer van hardware en software: aankoop, installatie, ondersteuning, inventaris.
