  • Eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze gebruikers en dus een belangrijke schakel tussen de business en de ruimere IT afdeling.
  • IT incidenten voor al onze Europese werknemers nauwkeurig registreren, beheren en oplossen, of indien nodig escaleren.
  • Behandelen van IT aanvragen zoals het opzetten van laptops en telefoons, het aanmaken of wijzigen van gebruikerstoegang tot de verschillende interne applicaties, etc.
  • Assisteren van collega’s bij grotere problemen en projecten en deze als team tot een goed einde brengen.
  • Rapportering aan de European IT Support & Infrastructure Coordinator.

As Technical System Engineer you will join the deployment & support team and work closely together with the Project Manager to deliver our solution on time to our customers.   • Basic understanding of modern software design and development methodologies such as: OO, UML, Agile Development, SCRUM, Unit-testing, etc.
  • You have the ability to implement user-friendly product functionality, with an eye for design, performance, and overall user experience, taking advantage of your solid Java development knowledge.
  • Focus on code quality (reuse, adhere to standards, etc.).
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to learn quickly.
  • Be able to establish and document the impact and risks of code changes and new code implementations.
  • Java certification is a plus.
  • Language requirements: fluent in Dutch (oral and written) and English.
