Senior Intern IT recruiter

For our client in Diegem, we are looking for an intern IT recruiter. Our client is a global leader in consulting, technology services and digital transformation. They have projects all over Belgium in all kind of companies, working on the biggest transformations.

Your responsibilities?

Our Senior IT Recruiter’s responsibilities include sourcing, screening and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles. You will also create new ways to reduce our time-to-hire and ensure we attract the best professionals.

  • Write and post IT job descriptions
  • Source potential candidates
  • Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes
  • Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities
  • Coordinate with IT team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs
  • Compose job offer letters
  • Conduct job and task analyses to document job duties and requirements
  • Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products with passion for new recruitment tools, techniques and platforms.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years proven work experience as an IT recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist
  • Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Solid understanding of HR practices
  • Team player and stress resistant
  • Finding creative, new and resourceful ways to hunt the best candidate for the job
  • Stress resilient, target minded, result oriented
  • Native Dutch/French and fluent in Dutch/French and English.
