WANTED: IT Recruiter !

If you answered yes to all of the above, we'd like you to join one of our teams in Brussels, Antwerpen, Gent or Mechelen as a dynamic IT Recruiter in order to work closely with our consultants to find and place top IT professionals for the local Belgium market.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to
- Candidate recruitment and retention: Source, evaluate, and review potential IT candidates utilizing social networking, cold calls, job boards and our internal company database
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT talent
- Book interviews and debrief candidates after interviews
- Preparing CVs for presentation to clients and preparing candidates for their interview
- Support consultants on recruitment projects
- Experience in a customer focused role, with demonstrable potential to progress into account management or sales
- University degree
Skills, Knowledge & Attributes
- Preferably a first recruitment experience or strong desire to start their career in a professional global recruitment firm
- Must have proven negotiating and closing skills and have the ability to build long-term candidate and client relationships
- Fluent in Dutch, French and English
- Understands technology and current market trends
- Is an avid user of social media (LinkedIn)
- Excels at multi-tasking and persevere in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Excellent conversationalist (basic sales, message handling, service) and great negotiating skills
- Must have a proven track record of success and be a competitive, self-motivated individual
- Ability to take charge and own the processes
