Overview: Within the Business Service Management (BSM) team of our Operations department, you will be responsible for maintaining the transition, operations, and continuous improvement of service levels and KPIs for Security services within the organization, including its subsidiaries. Your role is crucial in adequately protecting the company's resources.

Responsibilities:

  1. Governance, Policies & Access:

    • Manage the relationship with Business with a strong focus on demand management (availability, recovery, and failure prevention).
    • Ensure information is visible or disclosed only to those with the necessary clearance and right to know.
    • Maintain the integrity of information/data, ensuring it is complete, accurate, and protected against unauthorized modification.
    • Ensure business transactions and information exchanges between enterprises or partners are trustworthy.
  2. Coordination & Management:

    • Oversee operational service coordination and control of all programs and initiatives within the BSM, collaborating with CISO teams and suppliers (priorities, budgets, people management).
    • Align with the Cyber- & Information Security Office and other departments, such as Data Protection, IT Risk Management, and Cybersecurity Management, regarding priorities, interactions, and improvement initiatives.
    • Cooperate closely with IT PMO and other IT departments to align processes with existing IT and ITIL processes.
  3. Reporting:

    • Provide monthly program management reports within BSM and to Operations and Business units regarding IT security programs.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 8 to 10 years of IT and business/industry work experience, with at least 3 years in Service Delivery Management.
  • Solid experience in managing third parties and vendors.
  • Fluent in Dutch, French, and English, both spoken and written.
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills, with the ability to communicate IT Domain-related concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to translate business goals, requirements, and issues into technical and service specifications.
  • Attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
