For our partner, a leading cloud-based software provider for a niche industry, we're looking for a talented Software Support Specialist to join its global scale-up team. As a member of the dynamic and innovative team, you'll have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge software, global partnerships, open architecture, etc.
You'll be responsible for supporting end-users and customers' first-line support teams in their day-to-day operations. Your work will involve reproducing technical issues in a mirrored production environment, creating bug work items in the relevant development backlog, and notifying the product or project owner of newly created incidents.
In addition to these responsibilities, you'll communicate new features, updates, and the product roadmap to customers, create documentation and manuals, and prepare new and existing customer accounts for go-live and daily operational use. You'll also support the marketing and sales team by communicating the product's functionalities and customer success stories.
We're looking for someone with:
- at least two years of experience in an IT support role
- a strong affinity for software and cloud applications
- being multilingual (with strong knowledge of Dutch and English) is a must, and knowledge of French is a plus.
- a basic understanding of coding language and software development
