Are you an experienced Go-To-Market Product Manager with an entrepreneurial spirit?
The Transaction Management tribe is seeking a passionate, customer/results-oriented Go-To-Market Product Manager to drive, manage and develop the Case Management product range during their entire life cycle in line with the company strategy.

Key responsibilities:

• Run go-to-market activities to promote recently developed functionalities and launch of new programs,
• Organize, then host webinars with extended Case Management & gpi communities to secure global awareness and boost the adequate usage of the newly delivered functionalities
• Seek for customers testimonials to assist the comms teams with the creation of press articles/business cases,
• Ensure internal awareness of our Sales & Support colleagues and make sure they are rightly equipped to run the adequate sales campaigns,
• Support customers and colleagues in case of technical/commercial inquiries,
• Execute pilot phases with key customers and ensure their proper handholding through the main stages of the pilot (e.g. onboarding and technical/legal customers setup definition, testing strategy agreement, bilateral tests execution between pilot members, go-live preparation, …)
• Organize frequent follow-up alignment meetings with our strategic Case Management vendors to deepen collaboration, understand their operating model, increase market penetration and provide technical & commercial assistance while they integrate their solution within the Case Management ecosystem
• Prospect the market to identify new Case Management vendors
• Define a consolidated and centralized internal workspace to list all existing/new vendors, their readiness status/level of integration, market share they represent, API versioning policy
• Keep abreast of trends in the industry and share information with other divisions/departments,
• Establish clear metrics and KPIs to continuously evaluate business performance and feature usability with a direct feedback loop into the product strategy,
• Collaborate with customers, sales, engineering and designers on fresh new concepts,
• Work side-by-side with product marketing on marketing collateral, pricing and positioning

What will make you successful?

• Experience & Education

o University degree or equivalent
o At least 5 years experience in a financial operations, product or service development/project planning/management role

o Strong communication skills (both written and oral)
o Team player, willing to work in multicultural environment
o Ability to influence, work effectively across all levels and transversally; challenger, curious and a positive mindset
