Main tasks and responsibilities:
– Being in contact with many stakeholders: Finance and Control, HR Shared Services, IT business analysts and external consultants
– Mapping, evaluating and prioritizing the needs of controllers and operational managers for various IT applications in the fields of accounting and finance
– Translating the requirements into functional specifications
– Playing an active role in the implementation of IT projects and major requests for application changes
– Ensuring that applications are used correctly
– Providing training and functional support to users of financial applications
– Providing reports to controllers and operational managers
Profile of the successful candidate:
Education:
Master's degree in applied economics, business or IT
Professional experience:
At least 2 years’ relevant experience in data and process management, IT applications and/or operational analysis in the fields of accounting and finance
Hard skills:
Pre-requisite technical skills :
– Knowledge of SAP FICO and BI (Business Intelligence) is required
– Knowledge and previous experience in authorization management
– The knowledge of SAP S/4HANA is an asset
– Knowledge and experience in project management
Technical skills to be acquired and/or developed:
Business Intelligence for Controlling processes and data modeling
Language skills:
– Good command of French and/or Dutch
– Good knowledge of the other national language and English
Soft skills :
– You are sociable and a team player
– You have very good communication skills
– You are confident and self-assured
– You are change-oriented and able to manage change

SAP Finance Application Manager

Principales tâches et responsabilités :
– être en contact avec de nombreuses parties prenantes : Finance et Control, HR Shared Services, les analystes IT business et des consultants externes
– cartographier, évaluer et hiérarchiser les besoins des contrôleurs de gestion et des responsables opérationnels pour diverses applications informatiques dans les domaines de la comptabilité et finance
– traduire les besoins en spécifications fonctionnelles
– jouer un rôle actif dans la mise en œuvre de projets informatiques et de demandes importantes pour les modifications des applications
– veiller à ce que les applications soient correctement utilisées
– assurer la formation et le soutien fonctionnel aux utilisateurs des applications financières
– fournir des rapports aux contrôleurs de gestion et aux responsables opérationnels
Profil du / de la candidat(e) idéal(e) :
Formation :
Master en sciences économiques appliquées, sciences commerciales ou IT
Expérience professionnelle :
2 ans d’expérience minimum en gestion des données et des processus, d’applications IT et/ou analyse opérationnelle dans les domaines de la comptabilité et finance
Hard skills :
Compétences techniques préalables :
– connaissance obligatoire de SAP FICO et de la BI (Business Intelligence)
– connaissance et expérience dans la gestion des autorisations
– la connaissance de SAP S/4HANA est un atout
– connaissance et expérience en gestion de projets
Compétences techniques à acquérir et / ou à développer :
Business Intelligence pour les processus et le data modeling du Controlling
Compétences linguistiques :
– bonne maîtrise du français et / ou du néerlandais

Technische vaardigheden:
