We are currently actively looking a Digital Success Managers (DSMs) to provide direct support to partner nonprofit organizations (NPOs) during the integration of our program into their employability and inclusion programs. The general mission of a Digital Success Manager includes but not limited to enabling NPO partners on platform use and adoption of digital/blended learning approach, preparing end-users for digital learning experience (motivation, coaching, best practices), being single point of contact for support and feedback, managing of training projects and contests, community building, and creation of adoption play book.
DSMs should also have employment and job market background, understanding how to upskill and train candidates for jobs, as well as the regional job market demand to help the partner NPOs identify the appropriate key competencies and training needed for successful employment.
Individuals who would like to enhance their careers and interested in employment, corporate social responsibility, entrepreneurship, and digital ecosystem development are strongly encouraged to apply. Our Digital Success Managers are trained on the platform and receive ongoing support from our Corporate Social Responsibility specialists.
Skills and Competencies needed:
General: Experience with digital ( online) learning platforms and digital badges; experience with employment market and training, experience with empathy & humility; strong communication skills ( verbal and written); Strong organizational skills; professionalism; structured thinking; time management; independence; self-organized
Relationship with nonprofit organizations: General understanding of nonprofit enterprises, especially those focused on employment and upskilling; adaptability to different environments and cultures; volunteering aptitude; stakeholder management
Relationship with learners : Coaching/mentoring skills; strong community management; employment specialist experience
Project sourcing: Understand how to qualify projects (including identification of technical & resources limitations); know how to leverage an expert network (preferably an existing one); project/program Management; change Management
Language: English and French
