Job purpose For its Digital Workplace team, we are actively looking for a Workplace Support & Design Agent who will: 

As a Workplace Support & Maintenance (WPSM) team member:

All stages of the WPSM activities and technical resolution.

Proper usage systems. 

Technical documentation generation.

Interaction with all stakeholders including customer management, other FOS teams, OPS back-office, ICT development and business departments.

As a Workplace Plan & Design (WPPD) team member you will:

Packaging standard and complex applications. 

Windows Image creation and testing.

Interaction with all stakeholders including customer management, other Digital Workplace teams, Operations back-office, ICT development and business departments. 

Resolve Complex customer requests: analysis, planning and technical implementation whether activities are raised in the context of regular operations or in the context of a specific project.

Skills Language : Fluent in FR, NL and EN: Reading, writing and speaking Technical expertise. 

Good general knowledge about computers systems and software, more specifically Microsoft Windows environment (end-user devices, servers, network, databases, security systems, etc …)

Intermediate knowledge in MacOS.

Excellent hands-on knowledge and experience of : Customer workplace configurations design and implementation.

Customer operational platforms: SCCM, Omnitracker.

Strong analytical skills. 


Intermediate knowledge of ITIL and Agile.

Basic knowledge of UML and Flowcharts.
