You will ensure that developments are aligned with business expectations and company standards.<\/p> <hr> <h3><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3> <h4>1. Business Needs Analysis<\/h4> <ul> <li>Engage with business and technical stakeholders to understand overall needs. <li>Translate those needs into detailed and structured requirements. <li>Define and validate the scope of major projects. <li>Confirm requirements with all stakeholders and propose alternatives when necessary. <\/ul> <h4>2. Functional Analysis<\/h4> <ul> <li>Gather relevant functional and technical information, even when documentation is limited. <li>Synthesize the knowledge required to perform a thorough functional analysis. <li>Collaborate closely with business representatives and IT experts. <li>Organize review cycles to ensure the quality of the analysis, including impact and gap analyses. <li>Document analysis results comprehensively. <li>Create and maintain tickets (User Stories, Features, etc.) in line with the team\u2019s Definition of Done (acceptance criteria, test plans, subtasks). <li>Apply and enforce company standards to ensure consistency across developments. <\/ul> <h4>3.
