This role is key to driving <strong>strategic infrastructure initiatives<\/strong>, with a strong focus on <strong>IT security and risk management<\/strong>.<\/p> <p>If you combine an analytical mindset with strong coordination skills and the ambition to lead <strong>end-to-end delivery of high-impact projects<\/strong>, this could be the right opportunity for you.<\/p> <hr \/> <h3><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3> <p><strong>Business &amp; IT Alignment<\/strong><\/p> <ul> <li> <p>Work with experts to document user journeys and IT processes.<\/p> <\/li> <li> <p>Translate IT\u2013business requirements into EPICs and clear, actionable specifications.<\/p> <\/li> <li> <p>Ensure IT needs are consistently converted into tangible business value.<\/p> <\/li> <\/ul> <p><strong>Project Planning &amp; Delivery<\/strong><\/p> <ul> <li> <p>Define and manage project plans including scope, budget, planning, and risk analysis.<\/p> <\/li> <li> <p>Align plans with sponsors and stakeholders.<\/p> <\/li> <li> <p>Foster seamless collaboration between business and IT within the Agile framework.<\/p> <\/li> <\/ul> <p><strong>Execution &amp; Coordination<\/strong><\/p> <ul> <li> <p>Identify and coordinate the involvement of delivery teams.<\/p> <\/li> <li> <p>Ensure progress and delivery of commitments in close collaboration with Product Owners, Chief Product Owners, and internal\/external stakeholders.<\/p> <\/li> <li> <p>Oversee timely delivery of outputs by all teams involved.<\/p> <\/li> <\/ul> <p><strong>Stakeholder Engagement &amp; Leadership<\/strong><\/p> <ul> <li> <p>Act as a central contact point for initiatives, maintaining transparent communication.<\/p> <\/li> <li> <p>Build trustful, long-term relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.<\/p> <\/li> <li> <p>Anticipate challenges, escalate when necessary, and remove delivery obstacles.<\/p> <\/li> <li> <p>Motivate stakeholders and teams to maintain a solution-oriented and collaborative mindset.<\/p> <\/li> <\/ul> <p><strong>Evaluation &amp; Continuous Improvement<\/strong><\/p> <ul> <li> <p>Track progress using key indicators (lead\/lag metrics).<\/p> <\/li> <li> <p>Capture lessons learned and integrate improvements for future projects.<\/p> <\/li> <li> <p>Actively contribute to refining governance processes and best practices.<\/p> <\/li> <\/ul> <p><strong>Strategic &amp;
