You will handle hardware and software issues, manage device deployment, and ensure smooth operations of IT systems. You will also contribute to the configuration and maintenance of modern workplace tools, with a focus on Intune and Autopilot.<\/p> <hr> <h3><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3> <ul> <li>Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support to users (on-site and remote). <li>Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues. <li>Configure and deploy devices using <strong>Microsoft Intune<\/strong> and <strong>Autopilot<\/strong>. <li>Maintain and update user profiles and device policies in Intune. <li>Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes (device setup, access rights, etc.). <li>Document incidents, solutions, and procedures in the ticketing system. <li>Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate and resolve complex issues. <li>Travel regularly to company sites in <strong>Braine-l&apos;Alleud<\/strong> and <strong>Halle<\/strong> to provide on-site support. <\/ul> <hr> <h3><strong>Required Skills and Experience<\/strong><\/h3> <ul> <li>Proven experience in Level 1 &amp;
