The ultimate goal is to enable teams and groups to become self-sufficient and capable of sustaining agility independently.<\/p> <hr> <h3><strong>Function Description<\/strong><\/h3> <ul> <li> <p>Guide teams and individuals in implementing agile practices by assessing their maturity and adapting techniques accordingly.<\/p> <li> <p>Motivate employees to embrace the agile mindset, values, and behaviors.<\/p> <li> <p>Actively participate in team meetings, monitor the quality of agile practices, suggest tailored work processes, and provide recommendations for improvement.<\/p> <li> <p>Lead change management initiatives related to agile adoption, including organizing training, mentoring, and individual coaching where needed.<\/p> <li> <p>Develop or adapt training materials, documentation, and tools to simplify learning and implementation of agile practices.<\/p> <li> <p>Maintain up-to-date expertise in agile methodologies relevant to the organization.<\/p> <li> <p>Collaborate with fellow Agile Coaches to propose, discuss, and implement continuous improvements.<\/p> <li> <p>Facilitate and coordinate agile ceremonies (team events, cross-team forums, communities of practice, etc.).<\/p> <\/ul> <hr> <h3><strong>Language Requirements<\/strong><\/h3> <ul> <li> <p>Strong knowledge of English.<\/p> <li> <p>Fluency in at least one local language (French or Dutch) and good understanding of the other.<\/p> <\/ul> <hr> <h3><strong>Experience &amp; Knowledge<\/strong><\/h3> <ul> <li> <p>At least 5 years of proven experience in complex organizations.<\/p> <li> <p><strong>Mandatory:<\/strong><\/p> <ul> <\/ul> <li> <p>Strong track record in coaching and mentoring individuals and teams.<\/p> <li> <p>Experience facilitating groups, supporting learning processes, and leveraging team dynamics.<\/p> <\/ul> <hr> <h3><strong>Soft Skills<\/strong><\/h3> <ul> <li> <p>Strong team player with excellent communication skills.<\/p> <li> <p>Ability to share knowledge and foster collaboration.<\/p> <li> <p>Empathy and sensitivity to organizational culture, structures, and individual personalities.<\/p> <li> <p>Persuasive and able to influence at multiple levels.<\/p> <\/ul> <nav class=\"matador-job-navigation\"> <ul> <li> <a href=\"https:\/\/experis.be\/fr\/vacancies\/26663-agile-coach-expert\/\" rel=\"button\" class=\"matador-button\" title=\"Appliquer maintenant\">Appliquer maintenant<\/a> <\/li> <\/ul> <\/nav> ","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Lieu: VILVOORDE \u00c0 distance : Remote Type : Contracting Travail #26663 Job Title: Agile Coach Mission Context As an Agile Coach, you support organizations in adopting the agile way of working by guiding teams and individuals in their development, while facilitating the cultural change required for long-term success.
