As a full-time employee, you will be part of the Service team and responsible for the user support for the unified communication tools.
You will ensure the follow-up of incidents and resolve them with the help of your colleagues , as needed;
You will amend customer configurations upon request;
You will document customer solutions and products;
You will be part of the service delivery process, including the RMA process;
You will work in an ITIL environment
You show that you are a passionate ITer with strong knowledge (at least a bachelor degree in IT);
You are fan of Linux environments and Open Source software;
You know open standards like SIP and related technology (is a plus);
You have work experience and are eager to learn from the best;
You are a native French speaker with good knowledge of English and Dutch;
You are a problem solving, customer friendly but also curious, proactive and structured;
