Your role will be to ensure the prioritization, planification, preparation, coordination and follow up of the changes within the production environment of our partner according to ITIL and make sure there is only limited impact on The IT service delivery. By changes we understand: the addition, modification or suppression of anything that may have an effect on the IT services.
You will monitor the Change Management Process within your own department or team;
You will ensure that all process activities are performed in accordance with process description;
You will review and update the processes, if necessary;
You will assign priorities with the Service Manager;
You will keep yourself up to date of the change calendar;
You will tune with operations, testing, roll-out coordinator, external suppliers and release manager
You will monitor the delivery of scripts for the production of new developments and monitors the quality of it;
You will maintain the follow-up of the changes and also agrees with Support;
You will set the scope of the release; write the roadmaps; perform Release Readiness Reviews (Go-No go reviews);
You will determine roll-out and evaluate the releases;
You will keep yourself updated on new developments in the domain;
You will regularly review and apply the application of documented processes in practice;
You will communicate with the end users/customer;
You will coach juniors
You have min. 3 years of experience as a Change- and Release Manager;
You are Fluent Dutch and French, English (spoken & written);
You have General computer science knowledge and knowledge of IT Architecture;
You have knowledge of ITIL;
You have Good knowledge of MS Office applications (MS Project, MS Excel);
You are a convincer and know how to plan and to organize;
You take ownership for your actions and work in all openness;
