Missions:
– Providing remote and onsite support (hardware and software) to the end-users
– Assisting the IT Department in various tasks
Main tasks and responsibilities:
– Providing remote and onsite technical assistance, and support to the end-users.
– Diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues. Escalating them when necessary.
– Documenting troubleshooting steps, and solutions for common issues encountered.
– Configuring and deploying new devices for users.
– Installing new user workstations.
– Coordinating hardware repairs and replacements. Contacting IT suppliers to compare prices and order new equipment.
– Making a regular inventory of IT equipment.
– Providing induction training in IT for new employees.
– Organizing training sessions and workshops for users on IT tools, applications, and best practices.
– Managing user accounts, including permissions, and access control.
– Carrying out routine System maintenance tasks: updates, backups, patches, etc.
– Monitoring system performance and responding to alerts or issues as they arise.
– Assisting with IT projects: software upgrades, hardware migrations, system integrations, etc.
– Providing technical support during planning, implementation, and testing phases of the projects.

Hard skills:
Professional experience:
At least 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role.
Technical skills:
Required:
– Windows OS
– Microsoft 365 environment (OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online and Intune)
– Understanding of IT security principles
Nice to have:
– Linux
– Scripting and automating
– Familiarity with networking concepts
Language skills:
English: at least a good knowledge, both spoken and written.
Soft skills:
– Strong team spirit and collaboration
– Communicative and good listener
– Resourceful, with a sense of initiative
